Make each strike have a chance to proc count the odds. Or at least a single chance at higher proc rate.
Also fix killing’s spree already. Already made a suggestion for this so won’t repeat.

In the next content update Coup De Grace will actually work as intended, so small steps in the right direction.
Trickster is still completely busted so long as Killing Spree remains a suicide button.

It’s such an easy fix for killing spree. Make it so that instead of teleporting the rogue to the mob and going through a seizure like animation, it just takes out dual pistols and shoots the mob multiple times. Done!
