kid rock isn’t from a trailer park lol, he grew up wealthy
If it isn’t achy breaky heart, It’s just isn’t worth it…
Trailer park is a state of mind.
So I definitely hear that and fair enough but have you heard either of these? I don’t like modern country like Rascal Flatts etc… never have, but I really like stuff like:
And:
And here’s that Darius Rucker song that made me a fan of his solo country career, like I said I only knew of him from Hootie and the Blowfish, but the man is a country singer through and through.
Here’s a bonus. On the house! lol. Another one I really like.
How about a few favorites from those gone too young…
Speaking of that… could you believe listening to this man’s voice that he died at about 33 years of age? He was more of a folk singer but he was really good… But the brightest stars yadda yadda. From the sounds of him, there were many more years in that voice than his age would indicate.

All the trailer park cliche’s are there for a reason. When I was living in Montana for 2 years, there was a trailer park about 2 miles from my apartment. It had the typical middle aged woman who was probably hot 20 years ago, but is now in her late 40’s and still wears the same skimpy outfits with bulges of flesh sticking out thinking she still has it. Let me tell you… she didn’t. And she flirted with any male willing to talk to her.
Lol I just found out the same lol. That being said I prefer the brooks and Dunn version.
I’ve been listening to a lot of bluegrass covers of 80s and 90s hits. It’s called pickin’ on series.
Country music is for communists.
For those who really dislike country music I offer you an olive branch: How about metal covers of country songs?
These are both pretty good I think.
I like this one too because it’s a classic but if you’re like me you’ll have to forgive them for not having quite enough fiddle on this rendition.

Well if he grew up wealthy, he’s not in that state of mind.
I had no idea he was a poser Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still listen to some of his songs, but I’m not sure why he acts like he’s from one.
I’m a 90s kid so I was heavy into the grunge phase but being from the south, and having a dad from North Carolina, I was exposed to a lot of country music. I love hearing country songs from the 90s and earlier. Randy Travis is my personal favorite.

I’m pretty sure he’s from the south too (SC iirc?) so it probably rubbed off on him!
I listen to any artist that’s playing. I usually like to tune out to Brantley Gilbert, Jason Aldean, Colt Ford, Travis Denning, Montgomery Gentry, Moonshine Bandits, I could go on and on but I’m gonna leave it here.
