This has been an ongoing issue for weeks and I tried to put in a ticket but the automation kept giving me the work around, so leaving this here.

As a fellow player only, what is the issue? Some detail on what a developer might be looking for might help.

Do you not see the Fae Harp NOT having an animation and keeping me stuck standing there?
