Since the new Nvidia Update driver, 460 version.
I see a lot of flickering in the World, such as a tree flickering rasndomly etc.
I had to downgrade back to the older driver versions.
Changing Anti-Aliasing to FXAA High and disabling Triple Buffering seems to have solved it for me at the moment with no real changes in graphics quality that I’ve noticed.

This fixed the issue for me, till they get a patch or an update to the drivers at least. Thanks sir.
I had this problem too since I updated the driver about a week ago. I disabled triple buffering and it resolved the issue.
I spoke too soon. Disabling triple buffering did not resolve the issue.
