So many changes from how the game was back in 2008/2009 now…it isn’t really any kind of classic anymore.

It really is still.
Just like a classic care is still a classic car when it is remade. So long as the base remains the same. There is many different takes on “classic”.
Wow is not a purists classic but it was never named as such.
It is more like a kit car now though…no matching numbers for sure.

Just like romeo and juliet is a classic regardless how often it is retold and remade. Even the modern version of the classic remeo and juliet remains a classic tale.

The only thing that has made classic not feel like classic is my chat box being constantly flooded with boost ads.
Could really care less if Blizz let’s people make death knights during pre-patch.
