No balance affected. Its not like it be the classic series corrupted one.

I can say from classic…its hurts to be hit by it. A lot. up to 60 bracket twinks love it, those they use it on hate it. Unless ofc its our twinks that bring the bringer. It okay then…lol.

Personally I’d rather see an updated, HD version (a more faithful remaster than the Paladin hidden artifact appearance to keep it distinct) get added somewhere, maybe even as Raid loot so that it can have a few recolors.
