I just checked, there is character transfers available for $25.
For SoM servers that just opened three days ago?
Yes, on character select screen, there is a shop button, bottom left.
Although it appears you can use the Character Transfer process to move a character on a SoM realm to another realm, you can not select another SoM realm in the destination realm field. Blizzard forgot to add the SoM realms to the destination section or left them out purposely which brings me back to my original ask, Blizzard please let me do this

And yet the greed machine seems to be utterly failing. Sure whales buy stuff but there is no way that whales are making up the loss of subs counts from the past, 900K players are not generating the cash that 12 million subs once did…how executive leadership, board and shareholders don’t see this is baffling.

It looks like I can now select “Lionheart (AU)” as a destination server when I attempt to do a character transfer on my SoM toon… Progress? Now just add the rest of the realms Blizzard!
