Can’t rootbeam convoke unless you like hitting critters with moonfires. Rooted target won’t be targeted by convoke at all.

I really hate that Blizz makes it so cryptic to find where they actually post crap. It’s so inconsistent, between the forums, the regular website, twitter, etc.
