I think they are leaning void with the night warrior theme but unsure.
I believe that is what the devs called them a small crack squad.
That combined with the portal keepers of Stormwind I guess I just find the idea they could take Quelâthalas extremely funny. (Yes Iâm being sarcastic somewhat)
Obviously the Horde lost the fourth war but anyone can see how much the Alliance struggled along and how they kinda look worse off then the Horde despite winning⌠yet somehow they can field a force to take Quelâthalas? They couldnât even send help to Tyrande at Darkshore, could barely take Orgrimmar WITH Horde Rebels help and only took it really after Sylvanas left. The whole âwe could take Quelâthalasâ thing is ludicrous to me.
If I recall correctly, the exact wording was a âcrack elite squad of elvesâ.
They shouldâve added them in Legion imo.
They add a gnome to the game that you help train and watch her become a hunter, and at the same time gnome hunters are made available to players.
Pretty much the same story launched at literally the same time, but with a nelf pally, and yet they arenât playable? What the heck, why?
RE: My sanity: I work overnights in a trauma hospital OR (materials, not medical), so Iâd argue that my sanity is already long gone, hahah.
I put it more under wrath and wrath. Lol.
I didnât know that but it still made me and makes me laugh.
If I had to pick between Night Elf Paladin and Gnome Hunter the decision wouldnât of been hard at all. Haha.
That sounds about right actually I recall the elite but the take away is the same a squad, still doesnât lend much credibility to the delusions of re taking Quelâthalas.
If Quelâthalas was going to revert back to being an alliance city, it would have happened when Lorâthemar was actively courting that very step. Yâknow, before Garrosh messed that possibility up.
As is, I canât see it happening at this point, either by choice or by war, at least not unless everyone decides belfs just need to be wipe from the face of Azeroth, and I donât think Lor has screwed up diplomacy so badly that thatâs going to happen any time soon. (Blizzard, donât make me eat my wordsâŚ)
They could do it, somehow, Iâm sure someone here could make up a way to spin it and then make up supporting arguments for what they made up, they do it all the time anyway, I mean I could start naming names but Iâm not gonna be that mean. Haha.
Agreed. The Blood Elves, and thus Silver Moon, are almost certainly staying Horde. I would guess to see the Forsaken âreturnâ to the Alliance before the Blood Elves did and they arenât going to annex a city without bring over that Cityâs race.
This was such a dumb plotline. It had no possibility of ever going through, since blood elves are a playable Horde race, so there was no suspense.
That would be like the least tasty meal.
Lol, I donât know why I always hit the spacebar there, but it was worth it for Tim Curry.

The funny thing is, I know not a few players thought it was actually going to happen. I played with the idea that it might, but then realized that it would require a LOT of code rewriting thatâŚBlizz probably wasnât going to go for. So, yeahâŚit was a good tease, but not going to happen.
(BTW, how do we do quotes? Iâve forgotten, Iâve been gone so long)
Very much this, it was just flavor story nothing more nothing less the end result was always keeping Blood Elves Horde and re affirming those bonds. Which ended up happening when the BEs stood with Voljin etc
Are you on a phone or a computer?
If a computer, you highlight the text you want to put in block text, then click the button that looks like a quotation mark at the top of the posting box, in the middle of the three groups of icons.
If youâre on a phone, I have no idea.
I just reply and then when the chat box pops up, I highlight the text with my mouse. Then a little âquoteâ button pops up. It does all the work for you.

Okay, yeah I suck at this hahah
Oh, I thought that was what you meant.
For a quote, you highlight the text in someoneâs post, then click quote. Like Zareem said.
Yarp! Anyone who honestly thinks Blizzard is ever going to move any player race from any of the factions to another one is really overestimating blizzardâs courage for âhigh riskâ storytelling.
Even if it would have been a good idea (It wasnât), Blizzard would never shake the status quo like that. Maybe back in the RTS games, sure, but not now.
