Constant crashing only in WoW and Overwatch

WoW and Overwatch are crashing on my system. Cyberpunk2077, Battlefield2042, heroes of the storm, and Satisfactory have all been fine - no crashes.

So far I have tried:

  1. running sfc scannow
  2. running DISM restore health
  3. fully uninstalling nvidia drivers with guru3d and then reinstalling
  4. fully uninstalling then reinstalling WoW
  5. disabling all overlays
  6. running d3d11 or d3d12 in additional game arguments

None have stopped the crashing.
Here are my last 6 error messages:
