Omg, how weak are you guys that you are complaining about a 4 second cast.
It takes longer to transmog because you either have to fly back to where you can transmog or mount which is another cast time. Find the item or saved set and then pay for it.
No one is asking for transmog to be faster even though it can take just as long. Quit whining because you thought that you could mount everywhere.
