Definitely a step in the right direction. “For the weeks when the Conquest reward is not an Azerite piece, trinket, or weapon, players will be able to choose gear from one of two different slots such as legs and wrists, hands and back, or finger and feet.”
I still want vendors. There was nothing wrong with the vendor system.
It is pure laziness on Blizzards part not to hire artists to design the sets, and then code them into the game.
I went into Target the other day to buy some pants. I looked around and all I saw were shirts. I asked the clerk where are the pants. She said pants won’t be out for two weeks. Next week will be socks.
This is really one of the dumbest things I’ve seen Blizzard implement.
Eh the system really isn’t any better at all. Your chest item is still RNG and anyone over 1800 is still going to get screwed regularly.
I got 3 items that were upgrades in the past 10 weeks (one being the upgrade token). 30% success rate does not feel good. This last week I did arenas on 4 characters and even with the conquest items for alts I got 1 upgrade. 1… The one guy has half 340 gear still?!?
Only one of my five buddies have logged on in about a month… I’m really hopping they come back for season 2 or I may not stick around.
I finally found a class that I somewhat enjoy so I find myself excited for season 2. If I’m not having fun with the game then I will be playing something else.
This is only a good thing if it means we get to 400 and 415 ilvl items faster.
What would really be a good thing would be to get more choices on secondary stats for each slot. I’m a little concerned that a choice between two slots will mean less choices on secondaries in each slot, which would be considerably worse than the current system.
Some good points here for sure. I also would love to see a huge buff to catch up for alts that scales up as the season goes on. Having to go through the whole system to get an actual competitive tier of gear is impossible at the moment. Not a single one of my alts has made it to the 370 gear yet. My monk is 365-370 ilvl now but entirely due to world bosses/incursions/warfronts. I’d rather he got it from PvP
Pally actually. I have a horde ret and enjoyed it so much that I made an alliance pally but changed him over to prot for giggles. It’s been fun. When it inevitably gets nerfed I will just change him to ret and continue on.
