Conquest of the ancients

So it looks like the buff is tied to realm and not character? I capped my toons on Bene then transferred to Grob. The conquest buff did not carry. Is this supposed to happen or is it a bug. Would like to know as I’m about to gear a new toon and would like the buff.

The wording is account, so it sure seems like it should be account-wide.

After you gain 4000 Conquest (a weekly cap increase) on one of your characters on an account, all character son that account gain a buff granting them 50% increased Conquest Point gains until the next weekly reset.
