Somehow world letancy jumps to 21k , you can chat/text normally without any problems but cant react or cast a spell or so , home letancy is normal and stable , anyone having this issue and is there’s a way to fix it?

somehow sitting in orgrimmar doesnt incur the connection issues, you go to oribos then you get 20k letancy , go back orgrimmar everything is fine , go out to durotar lagg again
I turned off the IPv6 under ESC → System → Network and has been acting a lot better.
