Congratulations! Exploiting to get Exalted with Hydraxian waterlords so you would have a 50 to 110 fire resist advantage over other guilds is really inspiring! You are role models for this community. You really showed us how the best guild lives up to the Exploit early, exploit often mantra.
exploit in question: killing mobs that give reputation up to exalted
duke hydrax only sells the cloak enchant, the boots, and the sigil right??? how’s that 110 fire resist?
world firsts always exploit one thing or another the HC naxx world first exploited the petri flask cheating.
umm. how is killing mobs that give rep an exploit? and also doesnt that make us all zombies… i mean exploiters?
op be like i sure hope these people get banned for exploiting their timbermaw hold rep gains by killing mobs
that wowhead article is just clickbait, they were wearing 226 fr without the active, it was a tiny bit of mitigation, pretty much meaningless, plus other guilds had it too, if you were alliance it was possible to get it even if you didn’t know about the “exploit” which is killing a mob
You know it exists, you say it here.
You’ve seen it happen before.
Why is it shocking this time around?
Farming rep is an exploit now? Or is this just sour grapes that one sweatlord tryhard parsegoon guild fell short of another.
This is some serious copium.
Someone killed more mobs than the OP so he is mad.
I believe they were accused of exploiting a spawn glitch that caused the NPC in question to respawn immediately after dying instead of the standard wait period. It allowed them to amass significantly more kills than should have been possible, which was later hotfixed to correct.
that’s a different mob, the mob they used are the firesworns on the other side of the mountain which still work, that mob that u are talking about respawns once per minute because its one of the dukes for the eruption dailies
PlanningAhead.exe
1 mob that gives 50 rep, only 6 spawn, in burning steps… doing well over 300loops in burning steps, on 60% mounts? thats not an exploit. thats weaponized autism and good for them.
Let me ask, does a world first in classic wow ever hold any value? Why would you care?
A world first raider from retail is like a celebrity in classic wow.
A world first raider from classic wow is nobody in modern wow.
People keep saying all they did was farm rep, but I’m pretty sure you’re all leaving out a key piece of information. Like an exploit that made a mob give 5000 rep or something
Not an exploit, stay butthurt.
But how glad are you that fire immunities are gone?
OP forgot his clown shoes today.
