Confusion in Chamber of Heart - Kalecgos, Ebonhorn, and Wrathion

I talked to Kalecgos in the Chamber of Heart and he asked me go searching for Wrathion as if he couldn’t be found(to help Ebonhorn) , when Wrathion was in fact standing in the Chamber of Heart with Kalecgos and Ebonhorn all along. I don’t understand what is going on. >.<

P.S. It is hot in my house with no AC, so it is possible that something went right over my head when I read the quests.

These quests were implemented in a specific order. That order has been lost, and you as a player are now given no indication of how they connect.

Also, some of the quests that were removed have not been put back, and background is also missing.

Holy hell, that is a darn shame. That, in my opinion, was a huge mistake on their part. Thanks for your time and knowledge.
