I have heard this for a while now. Thanks for bringing this up, because it’s a problem, a design flaw even.
Having a spec (and I realize feral is not alone here) that scales so unevenly that it is super low tier at the start of every expansion and then scales into adequacy over the next two years is bad design.

end of the day I know what we really want is for the class to work well, which in my book means we are all on the same side.
