Light of Dawn appears to be tied to camera direction again (like it was two weeks ago). Did the hotfix not get applied to the 10.0.7 build?

Dream breath sometimes hits no one but myself.
Still broken.
Especially on Sennarth and Dathea in raids where there are elevated platforms. Camera position shoots cone down into the ground despite standing in front of 19 people. Moving the camera to be parallel with the platform surface shoots it forward.
Fists of Furry appears to randomly have this bug too (again)
