Normal, aka friends and family raiding made for this scenario you’re bringing up, yes.
Some, yeah. I mean stuff like this is practically “handed” to everyone in FFXIV for putting in the time and that game’s constantly growing.
I love both games, but this one really sucks when it comes to giving a lot of their subscribers a reason to log in lately. Especially with events like this or any of their holidays.

yes but it doesn’t just apply to them i’m sure many more disabled players play the game. when rewards are handed out like candy they arnt rewards anymore and gives no reason or incentive to do content

Clearly you don’t know what toxic means. Frankly I think the OP post was true, not toxic. Toxic is how the game treats casual players like they are worthless and deserve nothing even though they pay to play like everyone else.
