Complete disregard and disrespect for casual PVP players

Well, we shouldn’t used the word biased here. I have no issue at all with helping the BG community. I also watched your video, I agree with a lot of what you shared. But I would avoid using words like monster. I don’t think I am a monster at all.

Finally, I think one thing you should really consider, and I truly mean that, is an MMR system. You suggested that you don’t like it when players just stomp all over you with better gear. You also mentioned that World PvP and Random Battlegrounds is less work/not as difficult.

But I hope you can understand that the content you are doing; World PvP and Random Battlegrounds are open to anyone. And what I mean by that is there is no system to prevent you from encountering someone with better gear than you. It’s completely random. You can go in butt naked, or in full mythic raid gear. However, in Rated battlegrounds for example, you are paired up with players around your skill/power level due to an MMR system. Players around your rating often have the exact same gear as you because of the the rewards they receive from their bracket. The very system that makes Rated PvP prevents the issues you experience.

I really ask the casual BG community to reconsider their views on Rated PvP. Come together to form a casual battleground team if you are tired of being mismatched with mythic raiders/geared arena players. And start earning your own gear with minimal effort.

However, I do want the casual BG community to have a sense of progression. Something that feels worth it. I am open to the idea of honor gear having a reduction in PvE. But I am not the head designer for the PvP department. So I would say I am not as biased as you say.
