If the drop rate really is 50% (it might be lower the higher you get, or in general) then not getting 3 in a row shouldnā€™t be too rare.

Whatā€™s your Renown? I did one and got to 47 renown, then did another and got to 48 renown then I did 8 more and got 0 for each of those, then gave up :slight_smile:

51 on my Horde toon. I donā€™t mind grinding honor but donā€™t enjoy grinding renown or torghast or other PvE chores. Itā€™s a downer.

66 Renown hereā€¦yesterday I was getting 1 renown every 1-2 games. Today I completed nearly 30 matches and got 2 renown. It feels super nerfed!

I started at 70 renown and have gotten to 79. Itā€™s probably been somewhere around 1 renown out of 5 or 6 games. When I got to 79 though I lost the ability to do the quest to do 3 world quests for 1 renownā€¦ wasnā€™t sure what this meant in the grand scheme of things: for instance, can I earn the final point of renown doing this bg or do I have to finish the push in Korthia (or the 1,000 anima quest next week). Edit: Iā€™m referring to another toon, for anyone who checks.

started at 61 am now 75 after 16 games.

I collected more data points yesterday and calculated a 95% confidence interval for the drop rate. Assuming the drop rate is constant from renown 40 to 80, itā€™s between 30% and 60%. With more data points I can narrow that range down more.

If only it were 100% I would be done and could go do stuff I want to do instead of just spamming CompStomp nonstop.

I added your data to mine and recalculated the drop rate to be between 30% to 51%. Thanks for sharing!

guys itā€™s really just about luck. someone can get three in a row at 70 but the other person could get 0ā€¦

Most frustrating grind. Over 10 comp-stomp, not a single one dropped from comp-stomp. Currently on 67 renown.

Yet others I know are getting them every 2-3 games at over 70 renown. Itā€™s the randomness thatā€™s so off-putting and a real turn off.
