You will want to stick with the Moonguard forums if you are looking for server-specific content. Simply stay on the MG forum you are currently posting on, and scroll through the topics. Look at the topics, among them, you will see recruitment, event postings, and more. There are several events posted that touch on all factions.

There are also different discord communities that have dedicated event channels.
