I’ve been playing this game since the very beginning.
Over the years, I’ve watched the quality of customer service and communication steadily decline.
Today, there’s yet another maintenance… I can understand technical issues and unforeseen problems, but what’s harder to understand is the complete lack of information on the launcher. I have to dig through unofficial sites just to find out when the maintenance starts and ends.
Such negligence and indifference toward thousands of loyal players who’ve supported you for years and keep paying a monthly subscription is simply staggering.
A simple two-line message — that’s all it would take. The very basics of communication with your customers.
Shameful.
