Having tried to play the game a few times over the years… this is not far from the truth.

Everyone gets something they want! Players get a mount for little effort, and Blizzard get a nice bump in their MAUs for no extra cost.
(edit) - the 6-month subscription also drives players to log into Hearthstone and WoW BC, further upping the MAUs even if you only log in to see what the imp in a ball looks like.
Maybe if we weren’t half heard there’d be less spite.

Not for me, didn’t jump on the first hearthstone bribe not leaping into this one.

That is quite literally the concept behind a promotional offer. “Hey try out this new thing you don’t usually do and we will reward you with something you like.”
I’ll give $25 for a Slime Saber cat mount that flies. WoW is full of cat lovers it’ll help catch up the lost revenue.

Well, I earned the Hearthsteed and Im happy to tinker around with Hearthstone to get this cute mouse guy as well. Not a real negative on this that I can see. Ill be checking it out after October 12.

I love partially frozen milk. I used to get freezer mugs just for milk put them in a freezer when frozen i’d pour milk in them and it turns it somewhat of a milk slushie.
The frigid slushie milk is so refreshing.
Gross, I’ll have to reinstall hearthstone? meh.
