Coming back after close to 2 years away, class difficulty/popularity question

Hey all, been gone almost 2 years I suppose.

My questions are:
-Which tank is least popular atm?
-Which tank is hardest to play or has the highest skill ceiling?

Hard to say with everything being new and they are going to buff tanks i heard due to threat issues. When we left off, Warriors were the worst (which didnt matter unless you were pushing +20 keys) Highest Skill cap, maybe DH only bc they have more movement i guess, their skill cap isnt that high being tanks.
