I have been MIA for the past 3 years but my daughter has been playing my accountant. I am now just venturing back and I wonder whats the best place to review best way to talent build or do a rotation for multiple classes. Ive quickly looked at Icy Viens and Noxxic. Is there better ones out there or is one of these more reliable then others?
