If you coldsnap and follow up by using ice barrier it will not grant blazing and prismatic barrier but ice barrier will be reduced by the triune shield reduction.

it’s the same in fire with blazing soul, that lego nerf those talents and i think is intended blizz want we all take shimmer but i depent on blink to drop off stuns and roots
