I believe, that the rep will carry over, but you will still have to complete the full war campaign part (opening the bases, and story quests) to open it.
Now don’t quote me on that, I am just assuming that.

Acialga is correct, the reputation itself carries over but quest completion does not. So storyline and war campaign quests would need to be completed to unlock anything that requires them, but you would not have to grind rep.

Looks like we will be raiding Azshara’s palace thurs/sat in 8.2! Still recruiting those with interest in heroic and casual mythic progression!

With season 2 ending tomorrow we will be going into Nazjatar and Mechagon with force, preparing for the release of season 3 in a couple weeks!

Looking forward to hanging out and killing things. Pretty laid back group of adults. We love to have fun and goof off. Spent Sunday doings random BGs with some guild mates and has a blast. Plan to continue our Sunday BG days in the future.
