[Cogeco/Teksavvy Canada] 3/18 Increased latency

Also to note that certain ISPs are experiencing a DDOS right now so that may be affecting connections and causing those large latency spikes. We have posted breaking news and on twitter about the DDOS, but we have not determined if this is the cause for the Cogeco/Teksavvy latency yet. Will continue to monitor.

Same issue here all night… definitely something going on somewhere in the connection route to Blizzard - tethering my phone resolves it.
