Coffer key shard weekly limit

I get why Blizzard puts a limit on coffer key shards. But, the 600/wk limit means that while trying to do 8 delves in a week for the Grand Vault prize, we can only access those particular coffers in 6 of the 8 delves.

Could you up the weekly limit to match the Grand Vault of 8 (800 shards)? Or can you reduce the Grand Vault weekly reward to 6 to match the weekly max 600 shards?
