“Hey snake people we only saved your temple, come join the Alliance!”
Vs
“Hey snake people,we horde people helped your temple, went all over the desert to stop the Faithless, saved your loa, and tried to stop the traitor zandalari general from bringing a c,thraxxi being brought back, come join the Horde!”
You inevitably have to agree because the Alliance frustration over races comes from writing.
All of the races that both sides would want are consistently written in a way that, at best, makes them not viable for the Alliance, or, at worst, drive them to the Horde and as far away from us as possible.
Ankoan? Sorry, they’re nearly extinct and don’t even have a female model.
Nightborne? Sorry, Tyrande was a dick.
High elf topics? What about all the constant spam vulpera threads being like uwu worship our furry overlords. High elves elf threads are very tame by comparison.
They are gilgoblin lead though and the group consists of primarily gilgoblins. Plus gilgoblins have a very legit reason to join the horde way more then Sethrak. We helped them take down Azshara and they were arguable more involved in the critical parts of the story then Vulpera or Sethrak. And the argument that they can’t survive outside of water is completely null. They are in Bladefist bay right next to a large body of water.
That the horde whined about endlessly, and the alliance has to grind rep for it. … yay
The one thing they actually did ask for
Wasn’t at all what they wanted, but might as well make do with what they were given anyway. Not sure how that’s an argument for them being favorited though
Uh… cool I guess? Blizzard is finally adding skin colors that should have been in the game over a decade ago? In fact I’m 99% sure the original human models had black skin colors and they were taken out.
It still kinda blows my mind that alliance players can come here and explain why they’re unhappy and they feel ignored and stepped on, and people don’t see the problem in saying “well you can’t feel like that and you’re wrong, and here’s why”. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
Maybe because they/you are constantly ignoring what they got, suffering from a massive case of “the grass is greener”, and many are laser focused on one single race and everything else is irrelevant unless they get it?
How does them ignoring what they got make theirs a “different opinion”? Also it is not even a matter of opinion. You have them flat out saying “horde gets everything it wants and Alliance gets nothing” and yet ignoring that horde still does not have the #1 requested horde Allied race and that Alliance has gotten multiple request for items. That is not an opinion, that is fact.
