Kinda funny that hunters can tame undead pets now while unholy dk can only enslave them.

I have a draenei hunter, and she still has her winterspring frost saber. Iā€™m never going to give up the winterspring frost saber pet, mount, and battle pet combination.

god i want to be able to tame a char hound from firelands. how has this wonderful model not been tamable yet?!

also. blizz, start listening to hunter feedback and actually change something!

As a warrior Iā€™m pretty jealous of the other classes and their uniqueness. I swear warrior doesnā€™t really have any cool effects/anything special that stands out. Just a melee that can charge you and moves weapons fast.

I wonder how is a tamable Cloud Serpent going to work if this becomes a thing. I just donā€™t see the standard taming method working on Could Serpents

A number of Cloud Serpents are sentient like Nalak, Elegon, Yu-Lon, and Tslulong are some I can think of on the top of my head.

A number of normal Cloud Serpents are friendly towards us.

A few of the Thundering Serpents are hostile towards us, but good luck taming Nalak or Huolon if we tame them the normal way. Alani may not be much of an issue if you farm up the Skyshards to break the shield.

Who knows with the Heavenly Serpents. Iā€™m 99.99% sure Yu-Lon would be off the table, but you just never know. Rei Lun could be a Heavenly Azure Serpent source, but again he is a high target because he drops an item for a mount so it will be very hard to tame him. Tsulong is likely the easiest source of Heavenly Serpent unless Iā€™m forgetting one.

I just hope Sanguifang keeps the sword as the undead version cause cracklefang does notā€¦ but yeah Iā€™ve lamented the inability to tame undead animals like skeletal hounds everyā€¦singleā€¦time ā€¦ I saw one, which was a LOT of lamentingā€¦

It does say its a dark secret, which would make sense breaking a sentient being to ones will as for the taming methods Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll add something.

Most Cloud Serpents are obviously non-sapient though.

The idea of taming Cloud Serpents just made me think of a few things. Theyā€™re just not a lot of them out there and will be very curious on how this will work. Im already working on Cloud Serpent rep on my Hunter just in case. I just need to find one more Onyx egg and would have went from zero to exalted in a couple of hours.

I have been asking for windserpents since MoP. Found it odd that they were mogu hunter pets, but not tamable by the PC.

Warlocks should get customizable pets like hunters. Unholy dks and frost mages should as well. Maybe even shamans and priests.
