They’ll get new content, plus even more? I just like having the idea of a fresh start. I can’t provide a source, but I remember a day back then when some MVPs wanted to completely abolish the level system and only go based off ilvl.
But thats a hard decision to make. Dunno if they’ll ever do that.
Can you give a more detailed suggestion to what your topic is about because it just sounds like, “I think everyone should have to restart their characters at level 1 because I said so and thats that. Feel differently? I don’t care.”
Feels like a terribly thought out idea with no reasoning, logic, or even an explanation on what it would mean.
“The same content they just did, but at a lower level” isn’t “more”.
You can do that with Classic era.

I wouldn’t care for this. All my alts are level 60+ and most of them are at max level. I don’t mind a reasonable level squish. Back down to level 1, would just seem like a punishment.

But I expect to see them link this thread every time a conversation comes up about stat squishes, level squishes and content problems.
Introduce an huge stat squish or a prestige system that places us back at level one. Offer the options to choose which spells to take with the level flush. Essentially, allow players to nerf themselves. Maybe offer exclusive rewards to those who take the challenge. Make more room for content and a multitude of strategies to level our toons. More strategies will be more content provided for the player. There may new zones to explore with a given level restriction. As in, you don’t want to go to X zone if your character is at Y level. That is what classic did. I don’t think it hurts to have more area to explore.
Are you going to do the same thing as Naughtymoon is doing and put words in my mouth? I don’t have a problem with Classic.
Just go play classic era. It’s exactly how the whole thing started.

Sounds like a decent idea for a New Game Plus in a single player game, or a one of the Seasons in Classic such as Mastery and Discovery, but a terrible idea to introduce into retail. End-game in Retail WoW is max level content, not reliving a leveling experience.
that ship has sailed many many years ago. but for one or 2 servers for a a sod kind of event sure. op ran away once nobody was on his side about a hard reset

i never paid for boosts outside of xpac purchase lol. regardless i wouldnt play as i want to keep all my things ive earned over 20 years. OP come back we want to hear more from you
