One of the big causes of WoW crashing on launch lately has been due to a conflict between the MSI Nahimic software and the WOW client. There was an update to the software recently and it includes an overlay that is bugging out and causing WoW to crash. Since you have an MSI laptop it’s very likely that MSI Nahimic came pre-installed.
If you go to Start -> Settings -> Apps and then look for MSI Nahimic, try uninstalling it for now. You may need to reboot the PC before trying WoW again.
