Cleared all fated raids on normal didn't get mount or achieve

I just finished clearing fated sepulcher, i cleared normal fated castle and sanctum and didn’t get the achieve or mount. in sepulcher i did the bosses out of order. would that have caused an issue?

I’m seeing the achievement “Fates of the Shadowlands Raids” on your character in the armory, completed today (8/16). Have you tried logging out and back in again or clearing any filters you might have set on the mount tab?

I eventually figured out what it was. the first group i joined today had already killed the first boss and i forgot about it
