Does anyone know a WA to track this proc during AOE where you can use Barrage? I have tried Phosphoros and Preheat WA, but I don’t see a clear indication of when I can use Barrage. I appreciate any help you can provide.

You mean you want to track when you have aether attunement? I use the luxthos WA and they do have a clear indicator for the attunement charges.

Using barrage is a conditional thing. Basically if you have a way to immediately rebuild your charges you should barrage. If you don’t have a way to rebuild your charges don’t barrage.
I don’t think i could play arcane without this WA and its easy to modify if you want custom stuff.
