Thats fine. Subs have returned because nearly no one is playing bfa. They have all unsubbed or are playing classic.
Out of all 900 of my old guild at least 3/4 switched to classic and the rest quit. I thini maybe 3 of them still play bfa.
Still doesnt exuse the fact that the majority of people are playing classicm
There is no possible way classic is more popular than retail. If that was the case Classic would become the main focus of the company and we’d actually have a polished game

Still more populated than bfa. Cities in bfa are ghost towns literally with maybe 20 people in them.
Sw on the other hand today on my server had almost 1000 players in it.
Yeah but retail has layers and all sorts of other weird crap like cross realm phasing in it. So what you’re seeing is basically never actual reality outside of dungeons and raids

Retail is just boring now… I never know what to do because I stopped playing in WoD, so when I resubbed for classic I jumped back on and it’s just boring and hectic at the same time. Random players from random servers, no one knows anyone or talks to anyone. The content for gear is dull, I can’t get into it. Retail is just screwed.
I’m confused. Obviously retail is a joke and is dying
but Classic absolutely isn’t gaining subs it’s shedding them like a winter coat on a Labrador

On the contrary, I’ve contributed far more to making this game better than about 99% of the people on these boards. You should visit the bug reporting forum sometime, where we actually actively fight to save WoW instead of destroy it.
Sometimes the most healthy thing you can do is tell the person or company the truth about how bad their behaviors or products are. The echo chamber is what created retail and what’s ruining the game you’re currently playing.

Blizzard… the corporation certainly doesn’t want Classic to fail. Its a huge cash cow.
The game devs though… do they want everyone to keep playing a game that doesn’t require development or would they rather funnel people’s game time to their fresh and shiny new project (Shadowlands)???
Of course the devs want people to stop playing Classic and start playing BfA and Shadowlands (because these products require their skills)

Cities are actually different and are a seperate server were when you enter you are phased with everyone else.
Thats when bfa launchec the cities looked full but than when you left the city all thosr players disappeared. Its cause you left the cities phase.

Say what you will… but I touched everyone on of those rockery Eggs in UBRS after the Raid Lead ninja’ed the final bosses loot… he died horribly by 1000 whelps.
