Well it is kind of there is a divide between the styles of the first three expansions with cataclysm being a sort of odd barrier between modern wow and those expansions. Those who never got to defeat the game or make a good well geared character might now be able to in classic but tbc will get players to be able to play tbc without the content being trivialized with new levels and new content.
