Classic = World of Walkcraft

While this is well written and I respect your position…

Overcoming a shortcoming doesn’t change the fact that you are simply enjoying a struggle. Your ability to persevere and relish in the thing others may seem a “hassle” just really speaks to you as an individual making “lemonade” out of lemons, and good for you.

Doesn’t really change the amount of walking.

My dad used to make me do chores BEFORE breakfast on a Saturday. We’d go outside and do some yardwork and I’d tell him I’m starving and he’d say “Lets get this yardwork done and those pancakes will taste that much better when we finally eat them” And they did, and I get the “reward” of the hard work and “struggle”.

Ask me if, as a grown man now, if I do yardwork before I eat my pancakes to make them taste better…

NO, absolutely NOT, they taste damn good on their own and I don’t need to struggle to get enjoyment out of something.
