Warriors are pretty rough to level, no doubt.
It does start to feel better at 30 and 40.
0-30 is pretty painful solo tho

This is true, they get more fun the higher you go. I recommend making friends and grouping up for quests, grinds and dungeons. This game is social for a reason.
If what you enjoy is never dying once while leveling (i.e., zero danger, zero strategy required) then Retail is definitely your game.
Havenât gotten all the way through the thread yet, This had me laughing so hard though⊠hahaha.
Question - Isnât having an incredibly hard struggle worth it? Doesnât that make the reward fantastic I think the journey should be rough. You should run out of gold. You should mess up and respec. You should die countless times. It just forges you into a better player and allows you to build a better character.
I love this guy
I remember levelling as prot with a holy priest levelling buddy; I never died but holy crap did it take long to kill things!
You realize how easy the Retail kids have it these days huh? haha yeah it was only a matter of time, thatâs how all of our MMORPGâs were back then: WoW, SWG, DAoC, EQ1, etc. You had to actually try hard during leveling as well as end game.
LOL either obvious baitâŠorâŠ

True.
âNot enough rageâ

dead
Level 8 is hard lol. Might be a few months before I see Level 10âŠ
As opposed to⊠what exactly?
Maybe Mages have it easy, but I think theyâre the exception rather than the rule. Hunters, Druids, Paladins, and Priests all have it rough for the first 20-30 levels.
I roll a warrior cause everyone saying they are the worst to level and keep dying⊠I have yet to died once ya just suck.
Yea they do. You might just be assuming something like a tree blocks los, and it should, but doesnât for some reason.
I died once in retail, it was because of the âno pathâ thing when I jumped off a mountain and tried to heroic leap into the ground
Or is retail too damned easy? Itâs a matter of perspective, and of opinion.
Dying while leveling doesnât = difficulty. IT = tedium.
You only die in classic if you pull too many mobs. Thatâs the extent of the skill ceiling. So much challenge, my tiny brain canât handle the difficulty curve.
I usually defend these kinds of posts, but this is deliberate trolling; far far below the level of our dearest Cutebirb, praise her.
May she get her mounts.
Blessed be the boyfriend.
For Classic is an expansion.
10/10 this post delivers
yes, thatâs what i was trying to convey,
NPC casters donât need LOS

yes, but as a warrior, the problem is that pulling mobs close to packs, will get you swarmed by the whole pack most of the time.
you need to learn to pull with ranged weapon in that case, which means no rage to start the fight.
if you then pull more than 1 mob, youâre quickly in trouble.
