The phase schedule for Vanilla should just be extended 2x. It isn’t something to be rushed.

They are speed running it because it’s the on ramp to TBC. There are currently 5 versions of vanilla.
There is literally no posts saying that, keep dreaming bud.
Folks quit because of that ‘there’s noting to do’.

I agree with you OP. I’ve always felt like the game progressed too fast. Some people are able to no-life the game and level to 60 in the span of a few weeks but other people simply don’t have the time to play the game for 4-5 hours a day every day of the week without it seriously affecting other aspects of their life.
It’d be nice if there were servers for more casual players who can only play maybe 12 hours a week that had slower progression and released new phases/patches/updates once every six months or so compared to the seasonal roadmap Blizzard have at the moment.
I personally don’t like that they’re going to be in TBC at the end of 2025/start of 2026, it’s just too fast for me. I get there are others who are already 60 in the fresh servers and have BIS for everything, some of the people I’ve chatted to have 12-16 days /played already and it’s been 4-5 weeks since release, that’s literally nearly half of that whole time spent in WoW. It’s just insane, people who work full time and have other hobbies they don’t want to neglect or families to take care of simply cannot keep up without other parts of their lives being affected.
I have nothing against people who are able to dump heaps of time into the game, they can do what they wish, I’m just asking for Blizzard and others to understand not everyone can do that.
