No one at Blizzard cares if Retail employees have fun. You will have to pony up $25 to transfer.
I’ve been trying out a server that’s been available since the first day of name claiming and it hasn’t had a que at peak times for days now.
Its a attempt to get some people off the high pop classic realms.
They use to do this all the time.
Which server?
You know what dying realms need? MORE people leaving! BRILLIANT!!
Mankrik.
I haven’t started playing yet so I might check it out when I do.
You got buzzing classic servers… seems like the answer is in the question.
Really, since name change, what server was that. they were all full within the day when I made one, and continued, to be even on saturday.
I answered that 3 posts up. It is mankrik.
I play more retail and plan on keeping it that way, I’m still having fun. But lets be honest, a huge chunk of the population has moved, at least for now, to Classic. So why would their priorities not be where the masses are? That’s how a business works.
That’s a normal server man. It was also full the first day of name reservation.
Indeed, and now it isn’t.
That’s cool, but most people want a pvp server. They continue to be full.
This is just a classic whine thread.
Blizz has ALWAYS done this, even on retail, if a pop is full they open free transfers.
They’ve NEVER allowed low/dead realms to transfer off for free, so quit spreading fake news.
This. So much this.
Yeah they DO, because it’s not like anyone is coming back to them. Or they need to be hard merged until medium pop at least. It’s just not a good thing that they do something for the Classic servers while ignoring problems with the Retail ones.
Classic isn’t even close to beating Retail in numbers, it’s hype, it sucks, and people will drop it. So no they shouldn’t focus on it.
And then you woke up.
lol what? There is no dropoff and thats the problem. All servers are either high or full except one and players feom the overfilled 9k+ queue servers are being given transfers so they dont have to sit in 4 hour queues every night.
