Yes, Hunter vanish on a 30s CD. There is no pre-Cata Hunter race but NE imo (even though my first Hunter was an orc).
I am specifically going Alliance because of this, even though my Hunter will not be my main and I will miss out on WotF for my Mage (Undead Mage was my first character ever).
