I guess these issue don’t bug me as much as they should because this class is still heaven to play compared to my broken (in Vanilla/Classic) 60 Balance Druid (my only MC/BWL raiding toon currently, lol) or 60 Shadow Priest. 
Still, Blizzard should be working harder to fix obvious game/mechanics glitches for all classes.
