they arent flexing due to difficulty, its an accomplishment because it takes alot of time and preparation to get full bis…
Yes it does .
Then do it.
Yeah maybe. Or they could also be waiting for world buffs to drop.
Yes. Yes it quite literally does. Playing for years means that you’re probably engrained in the community and you’ve probably earned some respect. It also means you’re probably well geared. Those things will earn you some well deserved “special treatment”. If you want that then you’ll have to earn it like we all did.
Really weird that you keep comparing Classic Era to other versions of WoW. We here in Classic Era don’t generally give a flying tauren
about other versions of the game. That’s why we’re in Era. It is what we enjoy. And we don’t care what you or anyone else has to say about it. We’ve heard it all already.
Honestly it kinda sounds like you’re a bit jelly. Would you like some toast with your jelly?
I forget Americans refer to conserve/jam as jelly so I really thought you meant putting gelatin jelly on toast and that was… mm, sure was a thought.
I was going to warn you that blizzard really hates any mention of bodily functions and that’s how I got my only forum ban.
But then I read the rules closely: Are a mildly inappropriate reference to human anatomy or bodily functions
One could propose Tauren is probably safe ![]()
Why are you bothered by it? I see the same in Retail, too. Doesn’t bother me, and I’m not a Raider.
I like inspecting people and looking at their raid gear. Its fun looking at the stats, enchants and gems.
Also you learn little things by accident. Like on cata i noticed everyone has double buckles and i assumed that was blacksmith passive but realized anyone could have it.
Thank elune for those bis raiders ![]()
If you act this way about someone in a game. Then you must absolutely lose your mind when someone has a nicer things in RL.
I pray you get the help you need.

They’d probably be doing me a favor if they banned me from the forums. I waste too much time on here.
You’d just go be a grumpy old man during pvp queues somewhere else, might as well be here with other grumpy geriatrics
So buying gold and doing GDKPs for gear earns you respect? Damn I gotta get in on this… oh wait… I’m respected because I don’t do this crap and despise GDKPs between the people I meet on ERA.
But sure enjoy respecting people who buy their accounts just to make others feel bad about their progression.
The OPs post is a troll post if u havent noticed. They are baiting ppl into a response and then basically go on to bash how easy vanilla raiding is.
Its been that way for as long as I can remember. Is it a flex? Of sorts yeah.
Who are you talking to? I have never and will never buy gold. I will never pay money to not have to play a game that I’m paying money to play. That is stupid.
And the only GDKPs I do regularly are MC/BWL and those are guild runs which we do to help support our own guild’s consumables. All the AQ40 and Naxxramas runs I do use a priority based loot system similar to soft reserve called round robin. One of our guild’s officers is the creator of the loot system and it’s pretty neat.
GDKP doesn’t mean buying gold. Get over it.
Then why do you sound so jealous? Serious question…
You are embarrassing the hell out of yourself here.
i’m feeling very attacked rn

But yeah opie wanted to get a rise outta people but only brought the lulz. But keep going Francis over this, man.
Thoughts and prayers, opie.
I am ancient and will always be excited over something fun and cool I found to this day. Trinkets are fun!

I was in a very casual guild in Era that had no barrier to joining, but even then would give out the very in demand / rare loot on a priority system based on how often you participated in their raids (so something like traditional DKP, but only for some loot). I mean you need some incentive for people to commit to a group so you can actually fill your raid week after week. Is that an example of gatekeeping for you?
On a totally opposite side you have GDKPs that don’t need any commitment to the group but have a gear or gold barrier to entry. And that kind of transactional basis for grouping has nothing to do with where the content is easy or hard. In fact the content being easy incentivizes GDKPs if anything.
Uhhh… Did I say YOU specifically? No. I was speaking in reply to your general comment.
