Classic - Do Not Miss quest rewards while leveling?

I’d like to put together a list of quest rewards not to miss while leveling.

Any help is appreciated. I’m stuck on a deployment sleeping on a cot for a few days.

One off the top of my head that is for sure worth it is the Wingblade from the horde WC quest. That sword is crazytown bananapants good.
