“but we’re also aiming to capture what it felt like to play in a realm community in original WoW.”

We missed the LONG AV’s, cause you made them 1.12 AV’s.
Cross realms didn’t start till 1.12, so we didn’t get the server only que’s with long AV’s, with more, and stronger sub bosses.
Sad.

Something I wanted to experience.

You missed long AV’s? Yeah right you guys did, look at all the topics complaining about long queues.

You can’t wait in queues but want turtle AV’s? Sure… Except the fact that the second it becomes a turtle everyone in the game starts crying.

Druids Omen of Clarity talent needs to be fixed so that it proves with spell casting. Is this going to be addressed in this release?

Procs with spell casting?

No, it is not supposed to

Imbues the Druid with natural energy.
Each of the Druid’s melee attacks has a chance of causing the caster to enter a Clearcasting state.
The Clearcasting state reduces the Mana, Rage or Energy cost of your next damage or healing spell or offensive ability by 100%.
Lasts 10 min.

Wow! What a trip down memory lane! My God. This was after we were here for months arguing about everything classic! Almost completely in the dark from blizz. This is when the forums felt like there was a community here.
Look at all the old avatars! Damn I miss some of you guys. I know some are here on alts and so am I but this was some of the best times here on the forum. Just before this and up until launch.
It all changed after launch…

The real question here is: Are you mutts going to ruin Vanilla twice with the pre-TBC patch? Because the folks you got working on the botting/exploit solutions seem like they’d be dumb enough to make it happen.

That falls under the category of the ongoing maintenance that they described here:

Additional improvements will include modern anti-cheat/botting detection, customer service and Battle.net integration, and similar conveniences that do not affect the core gameplay experience.

I’m sure you will argue that this impacts “core gameplay experience,” but I have a hard time buying that running 30+ instances every day was truly intended as part of the core experience.
