Classic- can't transfer character

I want to transfer a character in classic, however upon going through the menu in shop and services I wind at a black screen at the checkout.

edit: just for clarity the only screen that’s black is the browser to confirm payment details

I’ve heard discord can cause issues however the application is not running when this occurs.

Please help!

There are a number of things that could possibly cause a Black Screen. Have a look through that article and see if anything helps.

Also, there are other Overlays that can interfere.

Hopefully something in one of those helps :wink:
