(Classic) Are there bugs with +healing and +healing talents?

I’ll try to keep it short:

I’m a Holy/disc Priest, have 3/3 Improved renew, and spiritual guidance/healing
My guildie Priest, same talents, has his Renew ticking for 321 and mine ticks for 316

His healing power on gear is 298, mine is 478. Im a Dwarf, hes a Human.

What’s going on?

Edit: Ok something is definitely wrong here. I Just respecced and put all of my talents just as they were, and now my healing power is 730, where right before it was 560

If any of you other priests are healing less than you think you should, try respecing and see if it changes it.

I just respecced last night and had a ton more healing power than I previously had and I can’t figure out why. I thought it was my addon incorrectly figuring the stats because adding my +healing from gear in addition to the extra healing from Spirit should have put me at 355 where I was before, but after respec I was at 534.

I assumed this was an issue with DejaClassicStats but do you think it’s a bug with talents?

It was mentioned to me that the below issue existed and was fixed recently however I don’t believe this affects me with my current gear and I can’t see how a talent respec would suddenly trigger this fix anyway.

To anyone who finds this thread later, we disussed this on the bug forum here - Priest +healing or healing talents bugged?

In short a full restart of launcher and game seems to fix it. Temporary bug after redoing talents.
