Love the Ret changes for PvP, would like to see the fading light nerf reverted until after the damage changes can be tested because it’s only scaling so high because of the ridiculously high dps output right now. Other than that though I’m happy with these!

Both stacks being consumed with one spender was the bigger problem with dawn than the buff itself
Pretty sure this talent was already dead when it went from 8% to 4%
